Employee Focus: Copywriter at Keplin

Originally from France, Tiphaine had seven years of experience as a Translator and Copywriter before joining Keplin. She supports the team by crafting copy for everything from product descriptions to video scripts! Here’s a closer look at what her role involves.
 

When did you start working at Keplin?

I joined in October 2025!
 

What’s a typical day like in your role?
I’ll start the day by checking if any requests have come in from our Design Team, such as refining the text on packaging or instruction manuals. If there are any, I’ll spend a couple of hours working on these. Next, I’ll translate some of our product listings for various marketplaces.

After that, I’ll support my Manager on some Marketing assets for our next trade show, including catalogues, video ads and other promotional materials. I’ll then ping the Social Media team to see if they need any content for their current calendar. If not, I’ll likely spend time writing a blog post about the latest media feature Keplin has appeared in. All in a day’s work!
 

What skills have you developed since joining?

I have expanded my knowledge of B2B marketing, especially in relation to trade show outreach. My project management skills have also improved since I’m overseeing the translation of product materials in several languages. Finally, working with a lot of different teams has strengthened my interpersonal and collaboration skills.
 

What’s your favourite part about working at Keplin?
It’s never boring! Keplin has 9 different brands and hundreds of products, so every week brings something new. I might start the day working on copy for a pet pool and finish it writing a detailed manual for assembling a parasol (true story!).

I also really appreciate how Keplin values human input. AI can be a great tool to streamline some processes but human translation remains second to none. Accurate communication plays a key role in building and maintaining customer trust.
 

What would you say to someone who’s thinking about joining Keplin?
Come along! Keplin has grown tremendously in the past year, with no signs of slowing down. The team is incredibly kind and I genuinely enjoy coming to work. It’s also a fantastic place to grow your career and learn new skills!
 

Last question, what do you like to do outside of work?

I love the West End, so you’ll sometimes see me dash off to a musical at the end of the working day. I’m also a certified bookworm, so don’t be surprised if I ask you for your latest reading recommendations.
