A typical day for me is a mix of detective work and people wrangling! I’m screening CVs, chasing candidates, and juggling interview schedules, all while keeping hiring managers happy. There’s also a fair bit of admin and pre-employment checks - but honestly, I like that it keeps me on my toes. No two days are the same, and I never know if I’ll be a matchmaker, problem solver, or firefighter next!
Since joining, I’ve developed a lot of HR expertise beyond recruitment. I’ve gained experience developing and implementing effective employee induction processes and managing personnel records. I’ve also improved my understanding of HR policies, employment law, and company procedures, and I’ve been involved in employee relations tasks like addressing queries and supporting managers with HR guidance. Overall, I’ve become more confident in balancing the operational side of HR with supporting people effectively.
Honestly? The people. Everyone’s supportive, collaborative, and always ready to have a laugh - it makes even Monday mornings feel a little less Monday-ish. Plus, I secretly enjoy the thrill of finding that perfect candidate match for Keplin.

Outside of work, I enjoy having some time for me, myself and I. Relaxing and recharging with spa treatments, exploring new restaurants and savouring fine dining experiences. I also love creating lasting memories with friends and family to look back on and cherish.
